Returns

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used nail tools, nail drills, bits, files, and personal-use items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds
